About us
Bites2B is a Bulgarian pre-order platform built specifically for the food business — catering companies, cake and dessert makers, bakeries, meal-prep services, and boutique producers. It's developed by Eko Prom Proekt EOOD, a company founded in 2011 with over a decade of experience in engineering and infrastructure projects, today building its own digital products and software solutions.
Before Bites2B, we worked on roads, sports facilities, and public buildings. Today we bring the same engineering discipline to the software we build.

No. Bites2B lets you manage daily work—products and orders—without writing code or maintaining a website.
Yes. You manage products through the administration dashboard without sending every change to a developer.
Payments go directly into your own account with the payment provider—Bites2B never accepts or holds the funds. In Bites2B you only see the payment status for each order.
No. Bites2B uses a fixed subscription rather than a percentage of your revenue. Payment-provider fees are set by your agreement with that provider.
You can submit a technical issue at any time through the Bites2B assistant. The issue is automatically registered and a support ticket is created. Issues are prioritized according to their severity and impact on store operations, with blocking problems receiving higher priority. Resolution takes place within a reasonable timeframe depending on the nature and complexity of the issue. Maintenance and bug fixes for the standard Bites2B platform are included in the subscription.
Yes. Your store can connect to its own domain so customers see your brand and address.
Yes. Minimum order lead time is configured around the way your business operates.
Yes. We don't want to lock you in if Bites2B isn't the right fit for your business. If you've prepaid for a longer period, the months you've used are recalculated at the standard monthly price and the unused remainder is refunded.
